It is mandatory for our event service suppliers to sync their calendars with Find Entertainment which means we can offer the best possible booking experience. As a redundancy we ask the event service providers to physically approve your booking within 24 hours meaning if for any reason the booking cannot be made you will know as soon as possible and be able to source a replacement. These instances are rare as we allow the event service providers to input holiday and working hours and our system is built to work around these. In rare instances when they will be investigated and you will be refunded immediately
If your booking is cancelled by yourself but was made less than 14 days ago you will recieve a full refund, after 14 days the payment is unlocked and refunds are at the discretion of the service provider and should be discussed directly with if you need to cancel after the 14 day grace period. If you believe you have been treated unfairly and wish to make a complaint you can send this to support@findentertainment.uk and we will investigate
