Where to begin…from the initial contact/organising, to weeks before and to the night of our wedding-Pete, Mike and Ollie we’re just complete stars, so seamless and stress free. The music was incredible-god can you guys rock it.Bringing so much joy, fun and moving feet to the evening. Absolutely lovely lovely guys, that just went above and beyond on the night. Could just trust you three completely with the music choices-we had a wide range of ages but everyone was up and grooving. All our guests said what an amazing, and the best wedding band they’ve ever heard. We couldn’t have asked for a better band-upcoming weddings get GoCommando booked! Absolutely fantastic! We booked Go Commando for our wedding last month and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to round off the day. Such a great mix of tunes that suited everyone – the dance floor was busy all night.
We hired Go Commando for our wedding having only seen their videos online. I’ve seen a few function bands over the years, but these guys were absolutely perfect. Pretty much gave them space and some plug sockets, and they did the rest! They have a very professional approach, lovely people and super low stress, with guidance when needed on timings which was really handy. They chose their setlist and played everything so well, genuinely couldn’t have been better.
Their experience was clear, they know their job and how to get it right, so best left to them to pull it off really!
It was an absolute delight to have Go Commando perform at our conference Gala dinner. Pete and the entire band were incredibly helpful, relaxed, and kind throughout the entire process. They made booking, payment, and all the arrangements so effortless, it was truly a pleasure working with them.
Their live music set was nothing short of fantastic. They had an excellent sense of the crowd’s vibe and even consulted with me beforehand to tailor their set to our audience’s preferences. The set list was a perfect blend of hits and crowd-pleasers, and their interaction with the audience was spot on.
Our conference attendees had an absolutely wonderful evening thanks to Go Commando. I can’t recommend them highly enough – whether for a conference, a wedding, or any party, they would be an outstanding choice.

Omg. What a band. Brilliant and talented. From booking to the guys actually playing at my event ; they were professional and easy to work with. I can’t tell you how many compliments I received about Go Commando. My guests loved them , I loved them and they certainly made my 60th Birthday Party a really memorable event.
Fantastic band – cannot rate Go Commando highly enough. Really professional but with a flexible and chilled approach. Excellent communication from the start and were really keen to tailor the evening to be personal to us. They had everyone on their feet and everyone commented how great they were. One of the best wedding decisions (besides actually getting married) that we made! My legs still hurt from so much dancing. Thank you Go Commando for making our night!
What a band! The guys were excellent throughout the whole process. To start, the booking process was simple and easy, with a professional feel to everything, whilst also being very personal. Then in the lead up to our big day the communication was excellent. We were relatively light touch with them as apart from a couple of must have songs, we were trusting their experience. This paid off so well as the band were brilliant. They played 2 great sets in the evening, with all the right energy and the dancefloor was full for both sets. We’ve had so many compliments about them since the day and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely superb job Pete and the gang. Thanks again! Phil and Jo x
Amazing!!
We hired the band for our wedding. They were totally chilled during all the planning and their communication was excellent. They were very flexible and accomodating with our requests. When it came to playing – absolutely amazing!!! They are sooooo good. All our guests were asking where we had found them. A great vibe and a fantastic finish to a perfect day
They had a broad range of ages to cater for and read the room perfectly…had everyone dancing from the first song! Very talented guys and a delight to work with, made it so easy on the night. Book them, you most certainly won’t be disappointed and, like us, you will have a night to remember.
As a musician myself I am particularly picky about what I consider to be great musicianship. Pete and the band blew us away, with the sound they produced. Great setlist, great stage presence and most importantly when organising a wedding, super flexible and responsive when planning the wedding. Thank you Go Commando.
