We had Laura for our wedding in July and she was amazing from start to finish. She sang with her guitar for the ceremony and canapé reception, then did an amazing set in the evening before DJing the whole evening with our saxophonist who made a great team! All of the parts she played in our day flowed seamlessly, her voice is beautiful and she is so versatile in what she can do. So many of our guests have commented on how great she was and loved her!
Having one person to do everything made life sooo much easier and i’d recommend Laura to anyone – thank you Laura so much ❤️

After being let down a few months before our wedding day by our original booking, we were so nervous about who we’d be able to find that could deliver the evening party of our dreams – well it’s safe to say we needn’t have worried with Laura!! She absolutely smashed our expectations out the park and I’m so glad we had her our as our DJ – we could not have asked for anyone better!

Laura worked with us in the build up to the wedding to make sure our evening party was what we wanted – we discussed our ‘vibe’ (the kind of music we love and the kind we don’t!) and some important songs for us to have played on our special day. We were looking for a funk/soul/disco vibe with a few modern bangers thrown in and for Laura to work with a saxophone player who would join in at various points. Laura absolutely nailed it. The dance floor was full all evening and every generation was up and dancing! We even told her in passing about our dog’s name and the song it came from and she surprised us by throwing it into the mix – a massive highlight for us both!

She worked perfectly with our sax player (they didn’t even need to agree a list of songs or anything which blows my mind!), keeping the kind of music we wanted but in a more house-y vibe so the sax would pair perfectly – and it did.

I would honestly recommend Laura to everyone and anyone. She was the best vibes, played banger after banger and clearly listened to everything we said and made it her mission to make sure we had the best wedding evening. Laura we cannot thank you enough!!!!

I cannot recommend Laura highly enough for any special occasion. Her extraordinary talent, coupled with her genuine passion and warmth, made my mum’s 70th birthday party an event that will be remembered and talked about for years to come.

Laura DJd for us at our wedding recently. Prior to the event she had been responsive to communication and we felt confident that all would go smoothly on the day. Laura helped coordinate the playlist, and even accommodated our slightly unusual requests for traditional music, making sure to play everything at the right time and even taking videos that we will cherish! Even though the dance floor was initially slow to fill, Laura brought great energy and accommodated requests on the day, making it a great evening for all. Couldn’t have gone better – thank you Laura!

We got married on the 2nd of November 2023. We had Laura and 2 other girls as a roaming group walking, playing instruments and singing while we were having canapés. After the wedding breakfast she set up as a DJ and wow she was amazing. You can tell she adores what she does.

We were so happy that we were able to book an act of Laura’s calibre for our wedding. Before the big day she was really friendly and engaged in what we were hoping for from a DJ to make the music a key part of an amazing wedding. On the day Laura arrived early to make sure she was able to set up, took time to check in with us, worked really well with the venue and other musicians at our wedding, and was ready to go the moment the DJ set started. She played a great set across several hours which got our guests of many different ages dancing to lots of varied music genres, and loads of crowd favourites made sure everyone was catered for! Laura was fun, professional and has been a class act throughout, we would thoroughly recommend her.

I have had the great pleasure of seeing Laura perform live singing whilst accompanying herself on guitar at a few of her pub gigs. She has a beautiful warm captivating voice and plays an array of hits knowing how to work the crowd and get them up and dancing. From singing acoustic while I walked down the aisle , singing/playing during reception drinks & then onto DJing all evening…she was fantastic and all for a very reasonable price! Laura really made my 50th birthday celebration. She knew exactly how to pace the performance and dance music selection to really get the party going, and keep it going. Laura was absolutely incredible. I was let down last minute by a DJ I’d booked and she stepped in at short notice and was a total professional. We had a saxophonist (Leah, another brilliant musician) and Laura – they both truly made our wedding day, getting everyone on the dance floor and getting the vibes just right from beginning to end. Laura absolutely made our wedding day! Look no further and book her asap! She is so talented; from singing and playing a bespoke song for me to walk down the aisle to, the organising and leading the roaming band for our drinks and canapés, to getting the party started in the evening with her DJing….
