We will contact you before your event to discuss the finer details of your booking – everything from timings to music (if applicable) and we will get as much information as possible to ensure we exceed your expectations. We will also suggest things that have worked for other clients in the past to give you lots of ideas if you wish. For hire items such as the LED Dancefloor and Light Up Letters – we will work with you and your venue on set-up, access and timings to ensure everything runs smoothly with the installation of the items. For our Disco services we will discuss music with you in advance and any other things you would like your DJ/Host to do such as a “Mr and Mrs” game or introduce any speeches for example. Our staff are at the heart of our success and that is why we enjoy such great reviews and feedback from our clients.

LED Dancefloor – requires space for 16x16ft Dancefloor but can be made smaller if required
