Who have you played for? Well we didn’t want to name drop, but since you asked… Along with private gigs and weddings, our Mobile Discos have helped fundraisers for charities such as the Katie Piper Foundation, St John’s Hospice, Claire House Children and more – as well as for celebrity footballers and a Member of Parliament. We play residencies and guest sets across Liverpool, Chester, Ormskirk and Southport at Revolution, Peaky Blinders, Crafty Chandler, Slug & Lettuce, Hot Water Comedy Club, The Guild, Mustard, Green Room, Lilo Moku, Craft & Company, Liquor & Co. We have repeat bookings for many Corporate Events such as Cheshire Fashion Week, Asda, Marks & Spencer, Bank of America, McDonald’s as well as various school proms, college / university graduations and shop grand openings.
What can I expect? We’ve got a great balance of everything to ensure your event is perfect! Technically skilled as a MashUp & Video DJ with club-standard seamless mixing, giving you a smooth flow of music; Quality equipment including industry-standard decks and speakers plus intelligent-programmed lighting for impressive displays; Friendly and approachable, entertaining all ages from toddlers to grandparents in party atmospheres like private functions; Experienced and professional for weddings and corporate, constantly providing a high level of service from your initial contact; Fun and energetic for karaoke and quiz host, keeping the audience lively and engaged without us being pushy or annoying.
What are you not? Good question! Here’s what to look out for when comparing other DJs: We’re not a basic, corny disco who has tacky cringe-worthy lights, who can’t read a crowd or is poor at picking the right songs; We don’t talk on the mic every 5 minutes all muffled and babbling, nor are we too scared to use it cos we’re too embarrassed; We’re not a one-trick pony, playing the same 100 songs at every party, assuming an uninspiring performance is acceptable; We don’t get drunk on stage, sit down and scroll our phone, force people to dance, or hit on your guests (yes it happens); We won’t just play what WE want to play, totally ignoring your requests. Yes we know what tracks will probably work well, but it’s your night so we’re happy to personalise it to your taste as well as use our own ideas. And we don’t charge extra for requests.

JUST GREAT! I booked Sean from Spectrum DJ for my friend’s hen do in early September and still to this day people are talking about how amazing it was! As we couldn’t go abroad we wanted to bring Ibiza to Manchester and I have to say booking Sean to play for our pool party was the best decision ever. From the beginning, Sean was so quick at replying to emails and letting me know what he could offer. I felt so at ease and nothing was too much trouble! Paying the deposit and final fee was easy and putting together our song list was great! Sean knew exactly what he was doing and catered for our music needs perfectly! On the night he arrived and set up and he was just BRILLIANT! Seriously book him now and I am confident you will not be disappointed! Thank you again Sean for everything!
We booked Spectrum DJ after a recommendation from our friend who has booked for her wedding next year. We booked with Sean over email and was able to submit a playlist of songs that we would like to be played throughout the night. My fiancé and I hosted an engagement party, so the hall was full of mixed ages. On the night Sean had everyone up on the dance floor, the atmosphere was amazing and everyone was praising how good Sean was. I will defiantly be booking again, thank you for a spectacular night!
Would most definitely recommend these guys…So helpful when I didnt know really what I needed. Set up…Took down…Fantastic lightning effects which certainly did fill the room with a great atmosphere…Really reasonable as far as to say cheap too…. 100000% use these guys again went far above and beyond my expectations xxx.

Last Minute Booking to supply lighting Support a for a DJ for my daughters 18th. Spectrum turned the order round promptly and supplied an amazing back drop for the DJ. The lighting was activated by sound and was simply amazing and also great value for money. Would definitely use again and recommend Spectrum.
Amazing DJ for my daughters christening last Sunday, Highly recommend you wont find a better DJ in the wirral the price that they charge is fantastic also. Will definitely hire again in future!
